Alexis works with clients both in-office and online as a trauma-informed, psychoanalytic psychotherapist and qualified supervisor. She offers a variety of services from consulting to long-term psychotherapy, dreamwork, archetypal couples work and student advising for aspiring therapists.

I am eclectically trained and approach every client with complexity. My discipline of choice and primary therapeutic language is depth-oriented, psychodynamic, and post-Jungian.
Initial Consultation
30 MINUTE SESSIONs
Initial consultations are for discussing your goals in working together. Presenting problems, circumstances, and frequency are considered. This type of session serves to determine eligibility for either service and is otherwise known as the intake process. This involves a confidential disclosure of mental health history and consent to work together, either in person or online.
Sessions
50 Minute Sessions
Each session is different based on the needs of the client and their goals. A typical session will involve discussion, image and archetypal amplification, as well as dream analysis and the working through of emotional content. This online work is not sufficient for acute therapeutic needs or relative diagnoses. Online sessions are conducted via a HIPPA compliant video platform called Doxy.Me.
